Welcome to the first edition of Meeting the Milan media! In this series, we interview the journalists who cover AC Milan on a daily basis, getting to know them and their occupation better. First up is the brilliant Luca Maninetti, whose rise has been exponential over the last few years.

Maninetti has established himself in the Milan environment as an expert on the Women’s team, having followed the Rossonere week in and week out ever since the beginning. In addition to this, he has also covered the men’s team for various outlets including Radio Rossonera, and currently he works for us at SempreMilan.

In the interview below, we get to the bottom of why Luca became a journalist, how long he has been in the field and what the biggest challenges are for him on a day-to-day basis. Furthermore, we discuss his role as the go-to expert on the Women’s team and what it was like to work at the modern Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, with Milan looking to build a modern stadium of their own.
